本人希望利用假期參加 所組織的旅游團隊前往澳州旅游。本人保証會遵守旅行社對護照的管理規定(在澳期間護照由領隊統一保管，返回中國后，入境同時，由旅行社收齊，將護照復印件交予使館消簽后，馬上將護照交還本人)。并保証按期與全團返回中國。絕不滯留。不延長簽証，及不更改簽証。如發生以上現象，有權向(承擔人姓名)收取罰金人民幣100.00元整。

I, would likc to participatc the travcl group which orga-nized by BTG to Australia

I ensure that I will obcy the rulcs and regulations concemcd that the tour leader from BTG has the right to keep my passport during the joumey except immigration clearing purposcs. Upon the arrival to China, before the passport can be retum to us, the tour leader will make copies of the immigration stamp of the passport for Australian Embassy.

I hereby guarantee that I will return to China together with the group and will strictly follow the tour itinerary; will not postpone my rcturn, and will not alter my visa. Should I fail to comply any ofthese, BTG has the right to collect a total amount of RMB 100,000.00(RMB One Hundred Thousand Only) from as a pcnalty.
